COURSE OBJECTIVES

The Part 3 – OSCE course is organized by a Senior Consultant with over 20 years of experience in organizing membership courses in UK / Ireland.  The course is being held in Abu Dhabi where, this year, the actual examination is taking place. All 22 clinical faculty members are fellows or members of the RCOG.

The course will help candidates to gain familiarity with the format and structure of the part 3 MRCOG and to appreciate the standard of the required knowledge in relation to UK practice.   The 2 –Day intensive course will cover, through stations identical to those of the actual examination, the five clinical skills domains as related to clinical scenarios from the 14 training modules of the RCOG

The course will explain the OSCE Marking system and how to secure a passing mark.  As pure knowledge is not enough to pass the examination, candidates will get acquainted with the UK modus operandi in clinical practice.  The candidate’s strengths and weaknesses will be assessed and means to improve them will be offered through an immediate feedback in respect of every case scenario.

Two days courses covers all the testing modules and mock of practical practice from 18 numbers of well experienced faculty members from MRCOG and the course accreditation from MRCOG.

SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

We provide a thorough practical session, lecture session and the revision of syllabus royal college of London mrcog part 3. For well preparation all the lecture will be sent to you in advance prior to the courses. Written station will be arranged according to MRCOG new format of modules. Patient model in number 8 or 10.
